"After starting the ISO process many years ago, to only get busy and not finish it, we decided to reengage and be determined to get our certification.  After contacting CEG we were presented with a plan, a timetable and a project leader to get us to completion.  We found the process to be very smooth under Louise Aitcheson and Larry Treen.  Larry was our assigned ISO coach and his experience and knowledge prepared us for our audit with no findings and no corrective actions.  Larry was able to work with all levels for stakeholders from chairman to front line staff and helped get the buy in needed to be successful.  After our audit we realized how prepared we were and found what could have been a stressful and time consuming event nowhere near that level.  In late June of 2020 we successfully completed an annual audit cycle (three annual evaluations) with zero system non-conformance’s due to a continued partnership with CEG and Larry Treen.”
